Course Overview
EEHA - Hazardous Area Installation, Maintenance and Detailed Inspection Training (ID 2670) is a nationally-recognised course designed to provide candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills to install, maintain and inspect electrical equipment in hazardous areas. This course covers gas, dust and pressurisation.

Prerequisite Information
Students must hold a current Electrical Licence issued within Australia to be eligible to attend this course. The Trainer will ask students to present their electrical licence prior to the course commencing.

Payment Options
Full payment for courses up to $1,500 must be made before the commencement of the course unless the Payment Plan option is selected. For courses that cost over $1,500, Site Skills Training will hold an initial deposit of $1,500. The balance of fees payable will be charged at a point in the course that is proportionate to the amount of the deposit paid, e.g. a 10-day course costing $3,000, the remaining $1,500 will be charged at the end of day 5 (upon completion of 50% of the course).

EEHA - Hazardous Area Installation, Maintenance and Detailed Inspection Training is conducted at the Site Skills Training facility 1 Nestor Drive, Meadowbrook, Logan 4131. Upon arrangement, training and courses can be conducted onsite at the premises of industry clients.

- Conduct installation, testing and maintenance of electrical equipment in hazardous areas
- Conduct visual and detailed inspections
- Apply practical skills in alignment with the requirements of the relevant AS/NZ Standards
