Course Overview

Flange Integrity - Level 2 (ID 2824) provides the trainee with the necessary underpinning knowledge and practical skills to make and break flanged joints with manual bolt-up methods and then to proceed to next level of using Hydraulic Torquing tools. At the end of this course all participants will be competent in ensuring the integrity of flanges.

Course Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, a Statement of Completion will be issued.

Payment Options

Full payment for courses up to $1,500 must be made before the commencement of the course. For courses that cost over $1,500, Site Skills Training will hold an initial deposit of $1,500, with the balance to be paid upon commencement of the course.

Suitable For

Flange Integrity Management Level 2 is suitable for all personnel involved in maintenance activities using flanges and gaskets.

Course Delivery

Flange Integrity Management Level 2 is conducted at a Site Skills Training facility. Upon arrangement, training and courses can be conducted onsite at the premises of industry clients.
