Site Skills Training delivers high-quality training courses in all areas of Load Shifting Training. Our training courses are delivered from our Biloela training facility at 63 Raedon St
Load Shifting/Plant Operation training covers the safe use, maintenance, planning and preparing, and theoretical knowledge to safely operate a number of plant and load shifting including; forklifts, backhoes, bulldozers, excavators and many others.

Forklift Training
Forklift Training aims to give participants hands on practical skills and knowledge in the safe and efficient operation of a counter-balance forklift. Participants will gain an understanding of applicable legislations:
- Forklift types and uses
- Load charts
- Load types and characteristics
- Lifting attachment types and uses
- Be able to plan work and manage risks
- Pre and post start checks
- Safe driving techniques
- Forklift stability
- Shift and manoeuvre a variety of loads
- Shutdown procedures and associated paperwork.

The standard course includes training and assessment. Inclusive of GST if relevant.

Note a High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) fee applies to the above course. A $94.70 fee applies to participants who do not hold or require to add additional licence classes to a current QLD issued HRWL. Fees are directly payable to WorkCover Queensland.
