This nationally recognised HV Switiching Stage 1 course aims to provide participants with the fundamental knowledge and skills required to undertake the operation of high voltage switching. Our High Voltage Switching Operations course provides participants with the qualification required to perform the role of an authorised High Voltage Switching Operator.

RPL may be available for candidates with previous industry experience.
This course is suitable for those working or involved in the switching of high voltage apparatus. It is suitable for electrical workers or engineers who work in HV environments.
There are no prescribed course requirements for students taking part in this course.
Upon successful completion of these units a Statement of Attainment will be issued for each.

Full payment for courses up to $1,500 must be made before the commencement of the course. For courses that cost over $1,500, Site Skills Training will hold an initial deposit of $1,500, with full payment being made after the course has been delivered.

Training and assessment is conducted at the Site Skills Training Darwin facility located at 1 Campion Road, East Arm 0822.
Upon arrangement, training can be conducted on-site at the premises of industry clients providing there a suitable infrastructure and industry training facilities.
