Course Overview

Operate and maintain a 4WD vehicle is aimed at providing participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate and maintain a four-wheel drive vehicle. It includes Identifying specific parts, terminology and techniques, planning for minimal environmental impact, performing pre-start and pre-departure checks, use the features of a four-wheel drive vehicle to drive in a variety of terrain types, use single snatch strap to recover vehicle and perform maintenance and minor repairs on four-wheel drive vehicles.

Operate and maintain a 4WD vehicle Training requires a Unique Student Identifier (USI) , you can still complete the training without a USI, though Site Skills Training is unable to provide you with your completion certificate until you provided us with your USI. Course Delivery

Training and assessment is conducted at the Site Skills Training facility 1 Campion Rd, East Arm, NT 0820. Upon arrangement, training and courses can be conducted on-site at the premises of industry clients providing there a suitable infrastructure and industry training facilities.
