Bullying and harassment can directly or indirectly affect a person’s mental health, social behaviour, and even their finances. Bullying also affects your organisation. Some cases might involve monetary settlements, bad press, and even legal action.
This awareness course aims to provide understanding and knowledge on bullying and harassment in the workplace. It covers the legislation and laws which protect workers against any kind of behaviour which constitutes as bullying and harassment. This course also serves as a guide to those already experiencing inappropriate behaviour in the office and shows effective ways on how to deal with it in accordance to the law.
