ABOUT THE COURSE

This course delivered at West Brisbane provides the necessary skills and knowledge to safely and competently operate a pendant controlled overhead crane. Participants will be able to undertake risk assessment and control, pre-start inspections, identify lifting equipment, report and record faults, lift and shift various loads safely, and shut down and stow equipment and cranes as per AS2550, manufacturer instructions and site procedures. This course is for electric overhead cranes with 3 or less movements: South/North, East/West, Up/Down
