ABOUT THE COURSE
This first aid course (also known as senior first aid or workplace first aid level 2) is delivered face to face in a combination of practical and theoretical activities, exercises and assessments.
It provides the participants with the skills and knowledge to confidently manage emergency situations, providing care for the ill or injured until medical aid arrives. The course also includes CPR training, to ensure students have exposure to vital skills.
It is suitable to both people in workplaces and members of the public who want training in first aid. All components of the course are written to the ARC guidelines.
Pre-work is required prior to attending the face-to-face component of First Aid Course. You will be required to successfully complete the online material and corresponding online quizzes, then show staff members when arriving your certificate of completion, which can be downloaded and printed or saved to a mobile device.
