ABOUT THE COURSE
This awareness course provides all office workers with adequate health and safety information to ensure safe working. This allows learners to demonstrate understanding of office safety in the work environment, knowledge of responsibilities, accident prevention and an overview of the key workplace hazards that employees need to be aware of. At first glance, white collar jobs such as managerial, administrative, or other kinds of work done in the office are generally perceived to be safe working environments. That is, compared to industries like construction and mining. While the environment is generally safer and less hostile, the truth is that there are still hazards and risks in the office that could lead to personal injuries or the loss of life! Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to identify common office hazards and their recommended preventive measures.
